Refund Policy

You may request a return for any reason within 90 days of delivery. Used products are eligible—we do not require unopened or unused items.

To start a return, contact us at support@folifuse.com. We will reply with return instructions and the address to use for shipping.

Important: You must obtain our approval before sending a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Package Shows Delivered but You Did Not Receive It

When tracking shows delivery and the package is missing, we offer a single complimentary replacement per order.

Before contacting us:

  • Look in your mailbox, at the door, in any designated delivery area, and with neighbors.
  • Allow 48 hours—delivery status is sometimes updated before the package actually arrives.
  • If it still has not arrived, email support@folifuse.com with your order number and the shipping address on file.

Important: For orders that show as delivered we do not offer refunds; we will provide one replacement only.

Refunds

After we approve your return and process the refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Note: Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the credit. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@folifuse.com and we will investigate.

Wrong Product Ordered

Customers are responsible for verifying the correct product(s) before completing checkout. If you have any doubt, contact us first.

If you placed an order for the wrong item, email support@folifuse.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it ships; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order is in processing.

After an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or refunds for ordering the wrong product.

Wrong Shipping Address & Package Delivered There

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. We cannot modify the shipping address after the order has been placed.

When a package is delivered to an incorrect address because of an error you made:

  • We may assist with a replacement order at a discounted price
  • Shipping fees for the replacement will apply

Verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days.
